1. Merchant of Record
All payments on Kombiner are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Paddle is a licensed payment service provider that handles billing, tax collection, and compliance on Kombiner's behalf.

Kombiner does not store, process, or transmit card details at any point. All sensitive payment data flows exclusively through Paddle's infrastructure. When you purchase a Kombiner subscription, your contract for payment is with Paddle.
2. Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept the following payment methods:
- Visa debit and credit cards
- Mastercard debit and credit cards
- PayPal
- Apple Pay and Google Pay (where available)
- Other local payment methods supported by Paddle
3. Delivery Terms
Kombiner is a digital software product. Upon successful payment, your Pro subscription is activated immediately — no waiting, no shipping. No physical delivery occurs. Access is granted via license key.
4. Pricing & Billing
Current subscription plans:
- Monthly plan: $3.29 / month
- Annual plan: $32.99 / year ($2.75 / month, billed annually)
All prices are in USD. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the Kombiner app or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, you retain Pro access until the end of the current paid billing period — no access is cut off early.
As a general rule, refunds are not issued for partial billing periods. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, contact us at dan@kujin.dev and we'll review it promptly.
6. Transaction Security
All payment transactions are secured using TLS 1.2+ encryption in transit. Card data is handled exclusively by Paddle under PCI DSS compliance standards.
Kombiner never sees, stores, or transmits your card number, CVV, expiry date, or any other full card details. 3D Secure (Visa Secure / Mastercard Identity Check) may be required by your issuing bank for additional authentication.
7. Customer Data Collected at Checkout
To process your payment, Paddle may collect the following information:
- Cardholder name
- Billing address
- Email address

8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you believe a charge on your statement is incorrect, please contact us at dan@kujin.dev before initiating a chargeback with your bank. We resolve legitimate issues promptly and will issue a refund where warranted.
Excessive or fraudulent chargebacks may result in suspension of your Kombiner account, per our payment processor's policy.
9. No Surcharges
We do not add surcharges or additional fees to card transactions. The price displayed at checkout is the exact price you pay — no surprises.
10. Legal Compliance
Payment processing on Kombiner complies with:
- Applicable laws in Paddle's operating jurisdictions
- Visa and Mastercard operating rules and brand standards
- PCI DSS data security standards
- Applicable VAT/tax regulations (handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record)
- Applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) requirements
