0.2.1 is a focused patch that resolves several scroll issues in the tracks table introduced in 0.2.0.

- Dragging the scrollbar thumb no longer snaps back when the pointer drifts sideways
- Scrolling through large libraries no longer jumps unexpectedly
- Pressing Escape to cancel a cell edit no longer resets the scroll position to the top
- Scrolling is noticeably smoother overall
