Kombiner Beta Is Here

After weeks of building, testing, and refining, Kombiner Beta is officially available for macOS and Windows. Here's everything that's in the first release — and what's coming next.

Today is the day. After weeks of heads-down building — and a lot of late-night test sets — Kombiner Beta is live on macOS and Windows.

We built Kombiner because we were living the DJ workflow problem ourselves: the scattered playlists, the mismatched BPM readings, the four hours a week spent doing things that aren’t actually DJing. This first release is everything we wished existed when we started.

Here’s what ships today.

What’s in Beta

Library Import

Your entire collection, ready on day one. Kombiner scans your local folders and connected streaming services, imports your existing tracks, and builds a unified, searchable library on top of your current file structure — no reorganizing, no starting over.

Metadata Enrichment

Every track, properly tagged. Kombiner’s enrichment plugin system pulls in BPM, musical key, duration, genre, and more — with built-in BPM and key detection as a fallback. You can also open any track directly on a supported streaming service, right from the app.

Acquire Tracks

Buy and download without breaking your flow. Connect your Beatport account to grab tracks you already own, or purchase new ones without leaving Kombiner. Format conversion is included.

Get Started

Kombiner Beta is available now through Early Access. Download it, point it at your music folder, and see what your library looks like when the pipeline actually works.

We’re just getting started — plugin store integration, acquisition tracking, and cloud sync are all on the roadmap. If you have tracks to manage and sets to play, grab early access → and come build the future of DJ workflow with us.
